Run-Flat Tyre Fitting

Lots of BMWs, Minis and Mercedes come on run-flat tyres. They're stiffer than normal tyres and need the right equipment to fit. We do it on your drive.

Driving on a deflated run-flat

Run-flats let you keep driving after a puncture, usually for a limited distance at a reduced speed. Check your handbook, as the limits vary by manufacturer. Don't push it further than you need to. Get it looked at as soon as you can.

Can a run-flat be repaired?

Some tyre makers allow run-flat repairs and some don't. It also depends how far it was driven flat. We'll check yours and tell you honestly if it needs replacing.

Switching away from run-flats

Some drivers swap to standard tyres for a softer ride. If your car has no spare wheel, you'd need a repair kit or space saver. Ask us and we'll talk you through it.
