Who we are

True Tyre Mobile Service is run by Harsh and Jason, based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Contact: truetyres24x7@gmail.com or 07384 169777.

What we collect

When you call, WhatsApp or book with us, we collect your name, phone number, location, vehicle registration, tyre size and details of the job. We use these only to arrange and carry out your job and to contact you about it. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request to provide a service.

Booking forms

Booking form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and emailed to us. We keep booking details only as long as we need them for the job and our business records.

Send my location

If you tap Send my location, your phone asks your permission first. Your location is put into a WhatsApp message on your own phone, which you choose whether to send. This website doesn't store it.

Analytics

We use Umami to count visits and which buttons are used, so we can improve the site. Umami doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personal information and doesn't track you across other websites.

Cookies

This website doesn't set any cookies. The map on our areas page comes from Google Maps and only loads if you tap Show the map; Google may then set its own cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
